Raised on a small Vermont farm, I learned early to stretch what you have and get creative when the unexpected hits. That spirit still guides my work today
Along the way I’ve worn many hats: welder, engineer, project manager, product developer, research commercialization lead, and in startup team C-Suites… each experience teaching me to keep progress clear, practical, and moving forward
