I met Will through the ARC program. We really got to know each other because we both led technologies and were commercializing them at the same time.
Will helped our team organize our tasks. He came on when we really wanted to scale and grow past just having weekly team meetings. We started as just a very small startup with three people, to having weekly meetings with six plus people in the room.
